Lawyer Yordan Kamenov Todorov was born in 1982 in Kyustendil.

In 2006, I graduated with a master's degree, majoring in Law at Southwestern University - "Neofit Rilski"; University of Blagoevgrad.

In the period 2008-2016, I held the position of senior legal advisor in the Regional Administration - Kyustendil.

From 2017 to the present I am a freelance lawyer registered with the Kyustendil Bar Association.

From 2019 to the present I am a Municipal Councilor at the Municipal Council - Kyustendil.
